I had three deals this week that did work because walmart said they will not double coupons and ad match. Your deals showed them doing both. Could you clarify this? Thanks again for all the great deals.
It was specifically on the Rhodes rolls and the list on savvy shopper deals showed that they would be $1.54 for utah county shoppers but since you can’t do both that wasn’t right. I am new to this so just trying to understand.
Which Walmart location did you go to? Apparently the Springville Walmart is confused about their own policy.

What about Reams and Winco? Do you price match with those stores?
Also SAMs/Costco has a lot of great deals. I know Walmart doesn’t do price matching with them but do you tell us if they have a better deal than Walmart?

Do you mean Reams in SLC or Utah County? I don’t do Winco as it can’t be price matched – unless there is an ad and I will. I will start posting Costco on my daughter’s website soon as it really doesn’t fit here. http://www.dishesanddeals.com I’ll try to get it up this week and then a couple days in advance every month.
Kelly – You’re right Utah County Walmart stores have officially changed their policy to no longer accept a Ridleys price match and double combined on one item.

I want to ask about walmart eggs.
We are a low carb-ing bunch around our house so we consume a lot of those little suckers.
I haven’t figured out how to price match them.
When I stand in front of the eggs section at walmart they don’t have western family eggs, they don’t have great value eggs. They have the ___ eggs (which I’m embarassed to say I can’t remember at this moment). Then today I remember how Amy once told me that we can match store brand to store brand. I also remembered how MOST of the eggs in the case were the same brand. So it dawns on me – is it possible the eggs in the case ARE their store brand even though they aren’t GreatValue? Currently macey’s is offering a great deal on a western family dozen eggs AND i have a cool egg coupon. Could i use them at walmart on their ___ eggs?
Any assistance you could offer would be very helpful.

Yes Kathleen – for my Walmart the off brand eggs are considered store brand. It can vary by Walmart, but they’ll let you know at checkout if it’s available to price match.

Hi Amy! Thank you for you patience as I develop my ‘coupon-ing’ skills!
Several stores such as Maceys, Harmons and my lovely Rancho Market often do ‘daily’ deals. Cucumbers on sale on Monday, Radishes on Tuesday, etc etc. How do those kinds of deals work in the Walmart matching world? Do I need to go to Walmart on Monday to get the cucumbers? Or since the sales ad goes from Mon-Sunday, can I go any time during the week?

My Walmart will let me go any time of the week, but that varies GREATLY by store. Ask your cashier before you shop to determine that store’s policy and save yourself a headache before you load up the shopping cart!
Hi, i am new to couponing and was just wondering how to apply my coupons and walmart discount card. is it ok to apply my discount first and then hand over my coupons?
I am actually unfamiliar with the Walmart employee discount card but assume you would be correct. Ask your store manager for clarification on this one.
